MCX Commodity Market Updates :- Today MCX bullion market opne at positive note,after a rise of 6.78 points, or 0.17% on Yesterday.In today’s session we expect precious metals to trade range bound with upward bias on the back of mixed global market sentiments along with weakness in the DX. Further, investors are awaiting positive decision by the ECB which is likely to support positive sentiments in the market. In the Indian market depreciation in the Rupee might support an upside in the precious metals on MCX.Gold prices are resisting the upward sloping trendline.one can buy if sustains above 31520 on higher end. Prices can test 31700 – 31800.
Silver prices are expected to open high and can test 62600 – 63200 on higher end. prices are expected to trend higher, buy on dip 62200 - 62100.
MCX Silver Tips :- Silver (Dec) Buy Around 62200 for target of 62600 63000 with stop loss of 62030 Sideways trend.
MCX Base Metal Tips :- we expect base metal prices to trade on sideways with upward bias on the back of positive expectation from ECB to be held in the later part of the evening today. Additionally, weakness in the DX and expectation that Chinese government might adopt stimulus plans to boost the growth of the nation is likely to support the prices of the base metals. In the Indian markets, depreciation in the Indian Rupee will keep MCX base metals prices on the upside.Copper prices have witnessed a breakout, one can buy on dip around 433 –
434. Prices are expected to test 443 -447 on higher end.
MCX Copper Tips :- Buy Copper Nov between 436.4 - 436.7 SL below 434 T1 439.5 T2 442
Nickel prices are expected to hold the support at 880 one can buy on dips
around 900 for the upside target at 920 -925.
